  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and risk management activities.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, capital structure, and funding strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. Drive operational efficiency through financial discipline and data-driven decision-making.

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards Liaise with external auditors, regulators and financial institutions.
  • Support board of directors and audit committees with financial reports and presentations standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of data and information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
  • Represent the company in financial discussions with external stakeholders.
