Job Description Location - Kolhapur (Candidates who are ready to relocate may also apply) We are hiring CA qualified candidate with 20 years of experience into perishable food items may Will oversee all aspect of Finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance, and controls. - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and risk management activities. - Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. - Manage cash flow, investments, capital structure, and funding strategies. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. Drive operational efficiency through financial discipline and data-driven decision-making. Financial Strategy & Planning - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards Liaise with external auditors, regulators and financial institutions. - Support board of directors and audit committees with financial reports and presentations standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of data and information. - Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners. - Participate in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. - Represent the company in financial discussions with external stakeholders.
