Tele Caller Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Study and understand all product/service offerings and stay updated on new features.
- Obtain, verify, and update clients' contact details regularly.
- Call active and potential customers to encourage product purchase or service inquiries.
- Address customer questions, doubts, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Record and maintain details of every conversation.
- Communicate verbally confirmed leads/offers to the sales team for closure.
- Record all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
- Attend team meetings to discuss progress and performance expectations.
- Handle all interactions with professionalism and respect.
- Achieve the monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000.
Requirements:
- Graduation (any stream) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive preferred.
- Sales-related training or certification is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Exposure to diverse client backgrounds and communication styles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style instantly.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to accept feedback positively and improve.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
