Contract-to-Hire (6 Months)

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Engineer
with strong expertise in
Python and Generative AI technologies
to join a high-impact telecom-focused AI team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building and scaling
LLM and RAG-based solutions
in enterprise environments.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of
    LLM-powered applications
    and
    RAG architectures
  • Build and orchestrate AI workflows using
    LangChain and LangGraph
  • Apply AI/GenAI solutions to
    telecom domain use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI models
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions


Required Skills

  • trong hands-on experience with
    Python
  • Practical experience with
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Expertise in
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience using
    LangChain and/or LangGraph
  • Solid
    telecom domain knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Preferred Profile

  • 5-7 years experience (or equivalent expertise)
  • Experience working on enterprise or large-scale AI systems
  • Background in telecom, networking, or large data-driven platforms
