Lead Engineer – Next-gen NBFC Platform

  • Lead the design and build of India's AI-powered digital lending backend. Architect scalable credit pipelines, risk engines, and transaction workflows with AI-augmented development. Own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and high-quality products.
  • What you bring:
  • 7+ years in backend/full-stack (Golang preferred), cloud, data pipelines, Kubernetes.
  • Proven AI-first mindset applying LLMs and agents in real workflows.

  • Fintech/NBFC exposure preferred.

Required Skills

  • Backend/Full-stack Engineering:
  • 7+ years experience with Python, Java, or
  • Cloud Infrastructure:
  • Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Data Engineering:
  • Experience with data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event streaming.
  • Containerization & Orchestration:
  • Kubernetes expertise.
  • AI & Automation:
  • Applied AI tools such as LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering integrated into product workflows.
  • Fintech/NBFC Knowledge (Preferred):
  • Understanding of credit scoring, KYC/AML, compliance, and audit-grade systems.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Leading engineering teams, code reviews, mentoring, and driving process improvements.
  • DevOps & CI/CD:
  • Building automated pipelines and observability tooling.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders, ownership mentality, startup mindset, and collaboration across teams.
