Role Description

As an Engineering Lead, you will oversee end-to-end engineering processes, lead a team of developers, and ensure the successful execution of technical projects. Key responsibilities include architectural planning, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to align technical implementations with project goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software development using programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Expertise in system architecture design, scalable software solutions, and technical documentation.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team coaching, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging, testing, and code optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical ideas into actionable plans.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role is an added advantage.
