Role Overview

We are seeking a
Co-Founder with strong domain expertise in financial markets
(Forex, ICT concepts, equities, or market analysis).

This role includes a
one-time capital contribution of ₹2,00,000
, allocated exclusively towards marketing and growth operations.

The selected individual will participate in strategic decision-making and play a significant role in shaping Stoxpedia's educational direction and long-term growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute domain expertise in Forex, ICT, stock market strategies, or financial analysis
  • Participate in building and refining curriculum and program structure
  • Support quality control of educational content and market insights
  • Work collaboratively on long-term strategy, vision, and decision-making
  • Assist in strengthening community engagement and academic integrity

(Marketing, sales, and operational systems will be managed on our side.)

Investment Required

  • ₹2,00,000 (one-time capital contribution)
  • Funds will be deployed
    strictly for marketing and customer acquisition
  • Transparent allocation and reporting will be maintained throughout

Equity & Compensation

  • 10% equity
    offered as part of the co-founder role
  • Compensation linked to company growth; no fixed salary initially
  • Involvement in core decisions and long-term value creation
