Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document process flows.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and ideally hands-on experience or a working knowledge of the
    Camunda
    platform (e.g., Modeler, Task list, Cockpit).
  • Proficiency in using diagramming and process modeling tools such as
    Microsoft Visio
    and
    Camunda Modeler
    to create flowcharts and BPMN diagrams.
  • Understanding of basic System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Translate business needs into requirements and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools must require.
  • Exposure to IT projects, digital initiatives, or ERP/CRM platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree required: Bachelor's from an accredited college/university or equivalent degree
  • Basic exposure to data analytics tool or automation is a plus.
  • Basic exposure of creating process flow chart is a must.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, service delivery processes, or consulting experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Location will be Bangalore, India, Asia Pacific. However, the job requirement to work with business teams worldwide and hence flexibility is required to work in different time zones.
