Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the design of KPIs, gather business requirements, and drive performance analytics across sales, pricing, market access, and marketing functions.
This role bridges commercial strategy with data and technology to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
Role & responsibilities
- Define and standardize commercial KPIs aligned with strategic goals (revenue, margin, launch success).
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across sales, marketing, pricing, market access, and finance.
- Translate business needs into technical specs for BI/IT/Data Science teams.
- Analyze data to provide insights on sales performance, pricing effectiveness, tenders, and market share.
- Build and enhance dashboards (Power BI, etc.) for commercial performance tracking.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning.
- Drive KPI governance, data quality monitoring, and continuous improvement in analytics frameworks.
