Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Nagaon. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated territory, overseeing customer service, and training farmers on the latest agricultural techniques. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and channel Management experience
- Experience in team handling
- Ability to work and manage a designated territory
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing
- Familiarity with agricultural practices and vegetable farming is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
- Mentality to serve small holder farmers
- Responsible for drive market developement activity at assigned geography
