Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable loan and financial product solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with banks and NBFCs to offer the best financial products and services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
  • Interest to work in financial products including loans, credit cards, and other banking services
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
