Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The role involves coordinating with designers and project managers, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Customer Service skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Experience in the architecture, design, or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
