About the Role

We're hiring a
Head of Content – Global Market
to lead and scale our content efforts across brand, performance, CRM, and offline channels. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll manage a growing team and work cross-functionally to create content that drives awareness, education, trust, and conversion.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Content Strategy:
    Define and execute a market-specific content roadmap across ads, website, email, landing pages, video, and more.
  • Lead Content Execution Across Channels:
    Shape compelling brand stories and high-converting copy across all touchpoints—from paid ads to product pages.
  • Drive Performance Creatives:
    Partner with performance and media teams to test messaging, hooks, and formats that reduce CAC and boost ROI.
  • Build Consumer Education & Trust:
    Simplify Ayurvedic science for Western audiences through content that informs and builds credibility.
  • Oversee Scripted Video Content:
    Guide content for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and long-form advertorials/listicles.
  • Manage and Grow the Team:
    Hire, coach, and lead a team of writers, editors, and video creators. Prioritize projects, manage calendars, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Guard the Brand Voice:
    Maintain a consistent tone that's informative, premium, and culturally grounded.

What You'll Need

  • 8–12 years of content or creative experience, ideally in D2C, eCommerce, or health/wellness
  • 3+ years in a leadership or team management role
  • Native-level English fluency with strong editorial and persuasive writing skills
  • Strong grasp of consumer psychology—especially in the wellness and beauty space
  • A track record of building performance-driven content for paid media
  • Experience translating Eastern/alternative wellness for global audiences is a strong plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-friendly environment
