Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT solutions and excellent connections in the medical community. The ideal candidate will leverage their relationships with doctors, Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs), and medical representatives to drive business growth, expand client base, and position the company as a trusted partner in healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities in Healthcare IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, RMPs, clinics, hospitals, and medical representatives.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate healthcare IT products/solutions to medical professionals.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare technology adoption.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships
- Represent the company at medical conferences, healthcare events, and networking forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within Healthcare IT, Pharma, or Medical Devices.
- Strong communication and networking skills with doctors, RMPs, and medical representatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Willingness to travel for client engagement and business expansion.
