This role involves contacting US county offices to gather tax-related information for specific properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to US county offices to collect property tax information.
  • Verifying whether taxes are current or delinquent.
  • Capturing details of any unpaid taxes accurately.
  • Reading and interpreting tax certificates with basic understanding.
  • Understanding and tracking tax due dates across different US states.
  • Applying strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining records and updating internal systems with collected tax data.
