Position: Demat Account Acquisition Executive (Telecaller / Sales Executive)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Telecaller / Sales Executive responsible for acquiring new Demat & Trading accounts through cold calling, personal network, and multiple lead generation channels. The role demands proactive client engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and convert them into active Demat account holders.
  • Leverage personal network, references, and other channels for client acquisition.
  • Clearly explain Angel One's products, services, and account opening process.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel/CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred for Telecalling roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English desirable).
  • Sales-driven, target-oriented, and confident in building client relationships.
  • Freshers welcome; training and guidance will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on profile).
