HR Manager – The Burgery In

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (4–5 years) to join The Burgery In and manage all aspects of human resources. The role involves handling recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and grievance redressal.
  • Plan and conduct training & development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven HR management experience (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
