We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand AJGAR's sales channels both online and offline. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales strategy, and a passion for the fashion and eCommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B collaborations.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Represent AJGAR at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development (fashion, retail, or eCommerce industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
