BA/QA - Lead

Must Have:

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience
  • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes and financial operations workflows
  • Proven experience in functional QA testing for financial systems, including component, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for user stories, epics, and requirements documentation
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Financial services experience with understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Results-oriented with ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of capital market products - equity, fixed income, FX, money-market and etc.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of payment systems, specifically MQ and MT message formats and SWIFT messaging standards
  • Experience with qTest or similar test management tools
  • Experience in matrix environments within large, publicly-traded financial institutions
  • Strategic thinking with interpersonal skills to work across functions and business lines
  • Understanding of Capital Markets business, data strategies, and IT technical/security standards
