Role Description
As the Owner at Woregg Group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and the overall performance of the company. Your key responsibilities will include setting organizational goals, managing company resources, fostering stakeholder relationships, leading teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring hands-on involvement in the company's operations and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in business development and stakeholder relations
- Experience managing operations, including supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management abilities
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly in stamped and bent parts production
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in an executive or senior leadership role
