Job Title: HR Intern

Position Type: Internship

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and gain insight into the inner workings of an HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure the HR database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
