About the Role:

As a
Business Development Executive
at Leap Scholar, you will be at the forefront of driving BTL activities, BTL lead generation, creating growth by strategic alliances, key partnerships with educational institutions,acquiring key accounts, and building channel partners in
Coimbatore.
Your role will focus on connecting with colleges, universities,Coaching centers, and other institutions to build lasting relationships, Lead generation and promote our brand in innovative ways. You will also generate new partnership leads and develop creative offline marketing strategies to engage prospective clients.

The Charter for this Role Will Include:

  • Build and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, acquiring key accounts, driving various activities at the campuses to
    generate leads.
  • Promote and raise brand awareness through targeted marketing strategies within the educational sector.
  • Develop and implement creative ideas for partnering with new institutions.
  • Generate leads and engage with key stakeholders within educational institutions.
  • Execute offline marketing campaigns to effectively reach and attract new institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to drive conversions and improve institution engagement.

Ideal Persona Would:

  • Have minimum 3+years of experience in business development and lead generation in the education sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with educational institutions.
  • Experience in creating and executing offline marketing strategies.
  • Fair amount of exposure and knowledge of
    Coimbatore - education sector, specifically with colleges and universities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership acquisition strategies.
  • Comfortable working in the field and consistently meeting potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact and coordinate with internal teams.
