Job Description:

We are hiring Pharma Executives for reputed pharmaceutical and healthcare companies across Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain) as well as Australia, Canada, UK, Singapore, Germany, Netherlands, Malta, Luxembourg, and Norway.

As a Pharma Executive, you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring ethical marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical practitioners.

  • Conduct product presentations and provide accurate medical information.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

  • Manage customer queries, feedback, and after-sales support.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and drug classifications.

  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple accounts.

  • Willingness to relocate internationally.
