Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux and Windows Administrator to join our team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. This position involves managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers, performing system installations, upgrades, and configurations. The role requires troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring server security, and managing system backups. The Linux and Windows Administrator will provide technical support to internal teams and end users while ensuring system reliability, performance optimization, and adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Administration, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Strong System Administration skills with expertise in managing and optimizing server infrastructures.
  • Demonstrated abilities in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system-related issues efficiently.
  • Experience working with Server Administration, ensuring system performance, security, and backup management.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, virtualization, and IT security practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
