Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Analyst located in Vadodara. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and performing comprehensive financial analysis. The role involves supporting decision-making by providing accurate information and insights about the organization's financial performance and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software, with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
