Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding government advertising business, and strengthening the company's presence in the Outdoor & Digital Out-of-Home (OOH/DOOH) sector. The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong contacts (especially in government departments/agencies), and a proven ability to secure high-value advertising contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities with a special focus on government campaigns and tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, PSUs, and decision-makers, along with private brands and media agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with government campaign objectives.
  • Proactively track and participate in government tenders, empanelments, and media bids.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for flawless execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and networking platforms.
