Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Diagnostics) at
GenX Diagnostics
(A Unit of Elixiva Corporate Services LLP), located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for
New Business Development, Lead Generation
,
Client Acquisition
,
Relationship Building, Sales and Revenue Generation, Market Analysis, Collaboration, Reporting and Analysis,
Payment Collection, and Account Management
.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Identifying and targeting new clients (doctors, hospitals, clinics, etc.) for diagnostic services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote the company's offerings.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting and selling diagnostic services.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Working with internal teams (e.g., operations, accounts, customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing regular feedback and insights to management, including sales reports and market analysis.

Experience:

Previous experience 2-3 years in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostics industry

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
