We do have an Urgent Hiring for One of the Leading Global Product Development MNC for Product Verification and Validation Sr Engineer/Manager role(Mechanical) for Ahmedabad Kadi Location:

Experience with HVAC/ Motors/Heat Exchangers, its components Design Quality , Product development and prouduct testing management , able to drive the testing and project.

Experience in Lab Operation managing and Testing Lab building , New labs project installations .

Good communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Good Data analytics capability by Advance Excel / Power BI .

What you will do:

Responsbile for Executing RAC/PAC , product Validation by cross collabration with global team , Execute testing Projects and track RAC/PAC Product validation by solving technical isssue in product and lab. North America , EU market with CVP knowledge is prefferable .

Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation

How you will do it:

Excellent communication and team player skills

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, DQA mindset, and Design Engineering processes

Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities

Candidates should have experience working & handling on RAC/PAC / Components projects testing and validation.

Ablility to create RAC/PAC test plan by understanding design change point and execute the same in various labs with lab technicians .

Ability to prepare project validation schedule and monitor schedule throughout the project.

Ability to effectively communicate project status & issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

Ability to show quick turnaround with product design and testing issues , Well versed with Testing equipments & laboratories.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery.

Understand exisiting design and test standards , Compliance requirments in the product and bring in improvements

Candidate must have experience in product/component development , Product engineering and validation .

Knowledge on Product development cycle, Design change points, FMEA and RAC/PAC Product able to solve techncial issues .

l Able to Drive and execute test results and manage overall technical issues and interperate for management decisions .

l Ability to work with Core lab team to drive Maintenenace and innovation in the lab equipments

l Able to Work in the Lab to oversee project and shift cooridnation with lab operators .

Sr. Engineer-Product Verification & Validation Mechanical

3-7 Years

BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

3 to 7 years of experience in new product development and validation of RAC/PAC/Component/ Compressor/Motors.

Candidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirments

Knowledge of Six Sigma metholodgies , excellent MS Office Skills and ISO 17025 certification .

Able to travel within and Outside India .

Able to work as Individual contributor and lead the project with matrix hierarchies

Preferred
