Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maintaining the company's service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant departments and follow up for timely resolution.
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  8. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  9. Adhere to company guidelines, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
  10. Uphold the organization's values and maintain a high level of professionalism in every customer interaction.
