**Location - **Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

**Experience - **0 - 2 years

**Salary - **Rs 15,000 to 20,000

**Working Shifts - **930am to 600pm / Mon - Sat

**Mandatory Requirements - **Good English Communicator, Local Language, Knowledge of Digital Marketing

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with problems or issues they may be experiencing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Promote our products and services on social media platforms
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to interact with customers.
- Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their usage for marketing purposes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
