We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Google Analytics Specialist to join our digital marketing team. Duties
- Set up, configure, and manage Google Analytics accounts to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics accurately.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various stakeholders.
- Analyze website data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas needing improvement.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement tracking for SEO tools and monitor organic search performance.
- Use analytics insights to support conversion optimization efforts across landing pages, funnels, and user journeys.
- Integrate Google Analytics with other marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms for seamless data flow.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze social media marketing campaigns to measure engagement and ROI.
- Assist in content creation strategies by providing data-driven recommendations based on analytics insights.
- Support SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns by analyzing ad performance metrics and optimizing ad spend efficiency.
- Utilize SQL and JavaScript where necessary to customize tracking codes or extract complex data sets for advanced analysis.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics to enhance online sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices related to digital marketing analytics, including new features in Adobe Creative Suite or Content Management Systems (CMS).
Skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and experience in setting up tracking codes, goals, and events.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
- Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve user engagement and increase sales or leads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for content creation purposes.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads/Google AdWords effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customizing tracking snippets or landing pages.
- Skills in email marketing platforms and automation tools for nurturing leads through targeted campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets using SQL or similar query languages.
- Experience in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content aligned with marketing goals.
