We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with 3 to 5 years of expertise in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, improving website visibility, and driving sustainable organic growth. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, URL structures, and image attributes.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve site issues affecting rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure the development of SEO-friendly and engaging content.
  • Monitor, track, and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Generate detailed SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO roles.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress for on-page and technical SEO implementation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
