SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience in search engine optimization, content strategy, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO tools, algorithms, and analytics to drive website visibility and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve rankings and user experience.
  • Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and performance metrics.
  • Drive local SEO initiatives including Google My Business optimization and citation building.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
  • Experience in content optimization and keyword-driven copywriting.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and mobile optimization best practices.
