Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive OT Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating OT staff, ensuring availability of instruments and supplies, and maintaining seamless surgical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate OT staff, including duty allocation and shift management

Manage OT inventory, including surgical instruments, consumables, and medicines

Ensure timely stock checking and replenishment of supplies

Monitor and maintain emergency equipment readiness at all times

Assist in surgeries when required to ensure smooth workflow

Oversee infection control practices and OT protocols

Facilitate effective communication between surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and quality measures

Handle day-to-day operational challenges for efficient OT functioning

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing / Healthcare Management (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in OT management or supervisory role in a hospital setting

Strong leadership and staff coordination skills

Excellent knowledge of OT procedures, equipment, and sterilization techniques

Ability to handle emergency situations with composure

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
