We're Hiring for Estimation & Proposals Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Singapore

Are you a seasoned electrical engineering professional passionate about cost estimation, industrial automation, and large-scale electrical projects?

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical construction estimates (labor, materials, equipment) for projects ranging from LV&MV

  • Responsible for Read and Analyze specs, drawings and understand tender documents to determine project requirements and schedules to carryout the site survey as required

  • Having good knowledge in Electrical equipment's like LV/MV Switchgears, Transformers,  Generators, Cables, Light fitting systems, Earthing materials

- Preparation of cost sheet including direct cost, indirect cost, temporary facilities, subcontractor scope and vendor scope

  • Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per client requirement

  • Preparation and verify the Material Take off(MTO)

  • Support tendering & bidding processes (RFP/RFQ).

  • Collaborate with suppliers/vendors for quotations.

  • Evaluation of Technical and commercial proposals of suppliers / subcontractors and organize the MOU with the vendors and sub-contractors on pre-bid stage

  • Maintain estimation documentation and progress reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Estimation for Electrical installation projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and International standards.

  • Strong knowledge of IEC/ISO norms, electrical systems, and site-level

installation work.

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas / petrochemical/industrial automation sectors.

  • Bachelor in electrical engineering

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
