Full-Time

Are you passionate about building communities, driving brand engagement, and creating meaningful digital experiences? We're looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms.

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic content strategy that strengthens our brand voice, fosters engagement, and helps us connect meaningfully with our audience. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, trend awareness, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, competitor activity, and viral content opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build strong community relationships.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
