.Role & responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, cybersecurity experts).
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with employer branding and recruitment marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience sourcing for niche or senior-level IT roles.
- Certification in technical recruiting or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional).
- Understanding of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
