Position: Amazon Ecommerce Specialist (FBA & PPC) – Remote
Avisa Overseas is a global e-commerce management company offering *end-to-end Amazon marketplace management* for international clients. Our services include Amazon account setup, listing creation, FBA shipments, PPC management, profit calculation, and complete Amazon growth strategy.
We are hiring an Amazon Account Executive / Ecommerce Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in managing Amazon marketplaces. This is a full-time remote position, requiring discipline, accountability, and consistent performance.
The candidate will handle listing optimization, FBA operations, PPC campaigns, keyword research, reporting, and partial client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Operations & Account Handling
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts across USA, UK, EU, UAE, and other international marketplaces
- Assist in seller account setup, brand registry, and compliance documentation
- Create and manage FBA shipments, labeling, barcode generation, carton details, and logistics coordination
- Monitor inventory health, restock alerts, returns, and stranded inventory
Product Listing & SEO Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content – if applicable)
- Conduct keyword research using Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and similar tools
- Improve listing quality and coordinate image requirements (Canva knowledge preferred)
Amazon Advertising – PPC Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
- Analyze ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and keyword performance
- Suggest promotional and ranking strategies to increase sales
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, ad spend, impressions, and organic ranking
- Analyze competitors and suggest actionable growth strategies
Client Interaction (Partial)
- Provide performance updates to clients when required
- Coordinate tasks via email, WhatsApp, or project tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon account management
- Strong understanding of Seller Central, FBA workflow, PPC advertising, and listing optimization
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Good English communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as:
Helium10,Jungle Scout,Keepa,PPC tools,Canva
(Training will be provided if required)
Mandatory Remote Work Requirements
- Personal laptop in good working condition
- Stable and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work minimum 8 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range
₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month
