About the Opportunity

We are building ecommerce businesses from scratch — identifying products, launching on Amazon & Meesho, and gradually creating brand-led D2C websites.

This is not about managing listings handed to you.

It's about thinking, building, testing, failing, improving, and scaling together.

We already have hands-on ecommerce experience.

Now we're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build alongside us, from idea to execution.

Who This Is For

This role is ideal if you:

• Want to build your own ecommerce business but prefer not doing it alone
• Are already working in ecommerce and want to grow something side-by-side
• Enjoy product research, problem-solving, and execution
• Believe long-term brands matter more than quick wins

This is a partner role, not a fixed operations job.

What We're Looking For

Ability to research and evaluate products (Amazon / Meesho / market research)

Understanding of listings, pricing, margins, and basic supply chain

Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Meesho Seller Panel

Comfort setting up or improving websites (Shopify / WordPress / basic D2C)

Willingness to take ownership — from idea to growth

Openness to a performance-linked / growth-sharing model

Bonus (not required):

Amazon / Meta / Google ads

Branding, packaging, or content for ecommerce

Excel, analytics, dashboards

What You'll Do

• Identify and validate ecommerce product opportunities
• Launch and manage Amazon & Meesho listings
• Work on pricing, margins, and unit economics
• Help build and improve D2C websites
• Coordinate creatives, content, and optimisation
• Participate in scaling products, systems, and brands
