  • Handling a team of professionals
  • Expediting of Pre-order & Post-order activities
  • Handling contractor Quality
  • Estimation, identifying Vendors & Preliminary negotiations. Interpretation of Contract documents, Correspondence with consultants
  • Preparing comparative statements
  • Preparing budget and cycle time of supply of materials to the entire Division
  • Co-ordination with various agencies on need basis
  • Co-ordination of day to day contractual work
  • Coordination of In House & Third Party Inspection
