**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Actively promote and sell various insurance products, including health, motor, travel, and home insurance, among others.
- Generate new leads and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Provide post-sales support and address any queries or concerns clients may have.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
