Role Overview:
We are looking for a Bodyshop Advisor to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and handle accident repair enquiries.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and liaise with insurers.
- Book and schedule repair jobs for timely completion.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Ensure quality standards and smooth handover of repaired vehicles.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Bodyshop/Service Advisor (preferred).
- Knowledge of accident repair & insurance claim processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Diploma/Graduate (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
