Bodyshop Advisor

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Bodyshop Advisor** to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and handle accident repair enquiries.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and liaise with insurers.
- Book and schedule repair jobs for timely completion.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Ensure quality standards and smooth handover of repaired vehicles.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Bodyshop/Service Advisor (preferred).
- Knowledge of accident repair & insurance claim processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**: Diploma/Graduate (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
