Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth strategies.
Qualifications
