Role & responsibilities

  • Should have experience as HR Generalist and related activities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including negotiating contract terms in coordination with functional departments
  • Work with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, talent classication, and career progression
  • Should have experience in talent management process.
  • Drive employee engagement with business teams by creating and implementing innovative ideas.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, and handle employee records and HR data are accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll.
  • Handle annual leave, attendance records, and probationary periods for new staff
  • Develop training materials and assist onboarding new employees
  • Completion of SMETA audits and other compliance-related tasks
  • Coordinate global CSR team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3-6 years of HR experience, ideally in an international FMCG or industrial company
  • Should have pursued a full-time bachelors degree; a full-time MBA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), Hindi and Gujarati
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
