We are seeking a seasoned Finance Executive with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely month-end closures.

  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.

  • Process invoices, payments, and journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

  • Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.

  • Support ERP implementation and data migration as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance is a plus).

  • 5–6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450, ₹550,000.00 per year
