**Purchase Executive - Automation & Building Automation**

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities related to automation and building automation systems. The role involves vendor coordination (local and international), timely procurement of materials, managing import documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for automation and building automation materials, both domestic and international.
- Manage **purchase orders, DC copies (delivery challans), invoices, and payment processing** through cash, cheque, or bank transfers as per company norms.
- Handle **import procedures** including LC (Letter of Credit), BOE (Bill of Entry), HS codes, and liaise with freight forwarders and customs authorities for smooth clearance.
- Maintain accurate **records of local and import purchases**, price lists, vendor databases, and contract terms.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure **timely delivery of required materials and spares**.
- Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with **statutory norms, taxation, and company policies** in all procurement processes.
- Support finance/accounts teams with documentation for audit and statutory requirements.
- Assist in cost control by seeking the best value-for-money deals without compromising quality.

**Skills & Knowledge Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **automation and building automation materials/components**.
- Familiarity with **import/export regulations, customs processes, and incoterms**.
- Hands-on experience with **cash, cheque, and digital payment handling**.
- Good understanding of **documentation flow** (PO, DC, invoice, GRN, etc.).
- Negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and report preparation.

Pay: ₹15,698.85 - ₹52,689.36 per month
