Colorful Estates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to act as the Builder's primary representative for all resident-related matters, ensuring smooth communication, structured issue resolution, and effective coordination with the Facility Management Company (FMC).

The candidate must excel at handling resident grievances, resolving conflicts, addressing day-to-day issues, and maintaining resident satisfaction, while ensuring the Builder's standards and interests are fully protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resident Matters, Grievances & Issue Resolution

a) Act as the first point of contact for all resident-related issues, matters, and concerns on behalf of the Builder.

b) Handle resident complaints, disputes, and grievances with sensitivity, firmness, and professionalism.

c) Create and manage a closed-loop system to ensure every resident complaint is logged, monitored, escalated (if required), and closed within a defined timeline.

d) Work closely with the FMC to ensure immediate action on resident issues related to maintenance, facilities, safety, services, housekeeping, security, and common areas.

e) Address sensitive or high-priority issues personally and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

f) Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance.

  1. Coordination Between Residents & FMC

a) Build a transparent and structured communication channel between residents and the FMC.

b) Ensure FMC provides timely updates and solutions to residents on all operational and facility-related matters.

c) Monitor FMC's responsiveness, behaviour, discipline, and performance in handling resident complaints.

d) Intervene in escalated cases where FMC support is inadequate or delayed.

  1. Community Relations & Resident Committees

a) Represent the Builder in all interactions with RWAs/MCs, resident groups, and community forums.

b) Facilitate meetings with residents for collective issues, clarifications, updates, or conflict resolution.

c) Maintain a positive, trust-based relationship with residents while ensuring Builder's policies and standards are upheld.

  1. Documentation & Communication

a) Maintain detailed records of resident complaints, resolutions, correspondence, meeting minutes, and escalations.

b) Issue professional, clear communication to residents on Builder's behalf (clarifications, notices, updates, etc.).

c) Prepare periodic reports on resident issues, FMC performance, and overall community satisfaction.

  1. Liaison with Authorities

a) Coordinate with Noida Authority on matters impacting residents such as civic issues, utilities, road access, sanitation, or safety.

b) Ensure compliance with local rules affecting resident well-being

  2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  3. Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage sensitive issues.

  4. Experience in resident-facing roles preferred.

  5. Discipline, patience, and high emotional intelligence.

  6. Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
