Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory (Hyderabad and surrounding areas).
- Manage and expand relationships with channel partners, builders, contractors, and architects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for AAC blocks.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account health.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
- Regular site visits to ensure product usage and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain and update daily reports and CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in AAC blocks or related building materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiar with the Hyderabad market and surrounding regions.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
