Sales Executive – AAC Blocks

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory (Hyderabad and surrounding areas).
  • Manage and expand relationships with channel partners, builders, contractors, and architects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for AAC blocks.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account health.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
  • Regular site visits to ensure product usage and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Maintain and update daily reports and CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in AAC blocks or related building materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiar with the Hyderabad market and surrounding regions.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
