Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture.
  • 10–12 years of experience in façade design, curtain wall, or aluminium system projects
    .
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, HiCAD, Revit, Tekla, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, aluminium profiles, glass, cladding, waterproofing, and structural interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage façade design teams across multiple projects.
  • Review architectural, structural, and tender drawings for compliance.
  • Oversee concept design, 3D modelling, shop and fabrication drawings, and material take-offs (MTO).
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (BS, EN, ASTM, AAMA, AS/NZS).
  • Coordinate with design teams across Dubai, Mumbai, Chennai, and Manila.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and system suppliers for technical queries.
  • Supervise structural and thermal analysis and ensure design validation.
  • Approve MTOs, shop drawings, and cutting lists in coordination with procurement and fabrication.
  • Support tendering, estimation, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Implement design automation, BIM workflows, and standardisation.
  • Conduct training and technical workshops for engineers and draftsmen.
  • Manage variations, documentation, and ensure design quality.
  • Participate in QA/QC reviews, internal audits, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Foster innovation, technical excellence, and compliance in all design stages.
